Leading Leaders

... describes a special challenge for middle management in organisations. Leadin gleaders follows a different logic and applies different rules and dynamics compared to leading subjct matter experts. Not because it is more difficult in itself but different. The effect of acting as ‚multiplier' or disseminator exponentiates the impact on various levels in the organisation.
