DiTO's Change Management Training provides key persons (leaders, project managers, OD consultants, ...) with the required skills and competencies to solidly plan, initiate, implement and safeguard the success of change processes in times of increasing complexity and dynamics.
We are using a well-proven own change model, that we devloped together with Ulrike Wörrle and which helps to analyse and understand a change project multi-dimensionally.
A subject that is especially dear to us is Kaizen / CIP (continuous improvement process). We are accompanying organizations under a change management ankle during their implementation of CIP or in the re-launch of their own kaizen approach. We would like to emphasize the challenge in the leadership work during the introduction, implementation or sustainable standardization of a corporate kaizen culture.
